Excellent work done on all cars I've brought in to Gerber Crystal Lake. Joe and everyone at Gerber were very thorough and detail oriented in all points of service, speed, and helping to show me different choices regarding what work should be covered under insurance versus what would not be. They're one of the few places where I was really confident I can count on leaving my Malibu or any other model in their hands and have it returned to me in new condition. Joe did a great job of explaining all the body work and puting things in perspective regarding the repairs needed.

Excellent job. Suppose to be a 20-day repair but we got our car in 10 days. The car was restored to its original look (as if nothing happened). Joe did a fantastic job. Gerber did a great job. Very good with the handling of the repairs and made sure it was done right. I have a new suspension on my front end of the car. Mark W. was straight forward and professional in our discussions even though it took a while to get my car back because they found concerns and problems beside what the damages were to my car I got frustrated but he always made me look at the situiation with a positive out come that the car would be like new when finished with the repairs.

This shop is by far the most honest collision center. I have had three cars in this shop. Two of the repairs were small scratches from door dings on new cars. Not only did they repair these scratches, they did not charge me for the repairs because they were buffed out while I waited. I was willing to pay hundreds of dollars but these people were very honest and were more worried about customer satisfaction. If you need a collision shop try these guys I guarantee you will not be disappointed or treated unfairly.
