I recently went to Gerber because of a scratched fender. The price to fix it professionally was way more than I wanted to spend. One of your estimator's, Kimberly Christian at the Industrial Hwy. location offered to do a paint touch up, did a good job and the fender looks much better. She was a terrific representative for Gerber.

"First I would like to say that this isn't my first time dealing with Gerber Collision but I have never had one complaint about the customer service I have recieved. We were very satisfied with Gerber. Dennis met us on Monday afternoon February 18, 2013. Hw was very professional, called Enterprise to come pick us up. Started looking at the car checking everything out, when we went outside he explained the items he had found. After this he called to give us the what they would be fixing and the approximate time the car would be ready. It was not ready on that date and called to explain. I could not expect anymore from Dennis. Thank you for the good work. Betty Curry

Fortunately, I have not needed any bodywork in many years and was a bit apprehensive about it. From the moemnt I started the process with your company, Stephanie D'Agostin provided me with peace of mind.. Stephanie was excellent at providing guidance and keeping me informed on the progress of my repair. She even noticed an issue behind my spare tire that I probably would not have caught until it was too late to claim it on the insurance. My car is older and I had concerns about the new paint and bumper matching the old, But, the work was expertly performed and I cant tell a difference in color at all. Hats off to Stephanie and your company for giving me an outstanding 'collision experience'!

I would like to highly commend your estimator representative Stephanie D'Agostin. She was very competent and efficient in handling my collision repairs. She kept me informed of progress on my vehicle. I was certainly surprised when I received a phone call saying my vehicle was ready. I just knew it was going to take longer to complete the work. On a scale of 1-10 she's definitely a 10+. I would recommend Stephanie and Gerber to my family and friends.
