I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the staff at this location and how helpful they have been in making sure I was taken care of in a highly professional and yet empathetic manner. Kimberly, who answered my calls and was the first person I met when entering the office, is assuring and an attentive listener. Stephanie D'Agostin symbolizes what every customer service person should have in terms of noting and addressing concerns and getting all the information I hadn't thought important. I know this isn't exactly true, because there were other clients in the office also having repairs done, but it seemed as if my needs were the only ones important, and my repairs the only ones which mattered. I noticed the other customers smiling too as they were being helped. If the examples of Kimberly, Stephanie, and the shops mechanics at this ... location are indicators of the quality of personnel employed elsewhere with Gerber, then I can confidently say, no matter where I went I would always use Gerber Collision & Glass first. read more

Thank you so much for such a positive experience. Everyone was so nice and reassuring even though I was so worried how much it was going to cost, how to arrange for a rental car etc. Kimberly totally made me feel I called the right place when we talked at 8AM. The amazing miracle was that it was just a loose bumper and screw that fell out when John did the estimate, there was no charge, and he thoroughly explained what happened. He was just so cool. I almost didn't go because it's not near where I live anymore, but a good friend had recommended last year when I scratched my car and I also had a perfect experience - it was done a day earlier for a $100 less than the estimate. So I figured, I should stick with a place that I know is good. I drove the extra miles to get there and it was SO worth it. Thank you all so much, seriously. You ... really understand what customer service means. It's not just a phrase for advertising and automated messages - it's people being nice, helpful, knowledgeable and honest when you show up as a customer. I cannot overstate how pleased I was with the service. The office was immaculate, cool and comfortable; and everyone I came into contact with was extremely cordial, pleasant, and VERY efficient.
