Brittany and management were great. I got a flat tire on Saturday and when AAA came by to repair it there was an issue removing the spare tire (which was new and had been replaced by Gerber in a collision last year) The staff arranged to have my truck towed to the shop and they replaced my flat with no cost for the towing or the repair although they found no fault on their end with the previous repairs. I appreciate them and I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing glass or window repair- I have had both.

I am very appreciative of the time she took to notify me of the status of my car repair: they came so frequently that I never had to worry about being updated and trusted that she would contact me when any changes had occurred. Additionally, she worked hard at making sure my best interests were represented with the insurance company we were dealing with as they were responsible for paying for the repairs.
