Unfortunately, while living in Atlanta your car can take a beating. Fortunate for me Gerber has always been there to take care of my auto body/collision needs. They continually provide great service, detailed updates, and completes services with my car before the expected return date. I have yet to have a bad experience dealing with Gerber and will continue to do business with them. As a customer service director I truly value great service and that is what I receive from Gerber every time.

To all interested parties... Please take note that my husband and I are thoroughly satisfied with the quality of product and service we received this morning! We were concerned that we would regret not going to Lexus to have our front passenger window replaced, much to our surprise the technician (I think his name is Donny) called as promised, arrived in the time he said he would, installed our factory tinted window with precision and expertise, cleaned out the glass fragments from inside the door panel in no time! I'm a hard sell but my husband is impossible and he was impressed!!! That's impressive! Thank you Donny and Gerber you guys have two very satisfied customers today who intend to recommend Gerber and Donny the glass-man :-) for any future auto-glass replacement!
