All personnel with whom we spoke were very friendly, courteous, professional and timely. Since we are new to the area and are Snow-Birders, we were not familiar with the available shops. Even though our car was a day late in being fixed George was on top of it explaining the reason. Other then the over spray we have in side and out the repair and paint look very good now. Ask me in two years as George said they guarantee their work. Hopefully we will not have to use Gerber again but the repair shop was clean, professional and George was very informative.
