George and Kelly were the best, they made everything so easy I would not hesitate to go to their location again. I was actually going to go somewhere else after the appraisal but because of their customer service I decided to have the repairs done there. Keep up the good work. George made sure to keep me updated regarding the repair on my truck every step of the way, which I really appreciated.

The professional service and workmanship provided at the Gerber Collision & Glass facility here in DeLand is unsurpassed by any I have previously dealt with. The customer service rates at least TEN Stars! The pleasant and engaging gal at the front office assisted me with a car rental; and was most helpful. Thank you, Kelly! Brun H accessed the damage to my car, provided an estimate and communicated with my insurance company. Brun kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and patiently addressed each of my concerns. His warm, professional manner lent towards my feeling confident that my Elantra was indeed in "good hands". To my "exquisite delight", all repairs exceeded my expectations. ~ Thank you, Brun! Rest assured, I will highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to others.
