Timely repair. Well done, too. The shop paid attention to the smallest details. Work was done as JP explained in the estimate. While I hope I don't need to, I will return for any necessary body work in the future.

I was "elated" that JP was able to locate an after market part that had been discontinued by my automaker for a 1998 Blazer Chevrolet. I was very "appreciative" that when I ask about any further discounts for AAA or Senior Discounts, that the Manager followed up with allowing me to have a 10% discount! I was not using my Insurance due to the work being a smaller job. The "highlight" of receiving my service was when the work was completed, the technician who completed the work was "honest" enough to inform my estimator, JP, to decrease my original payment amount because all of the work and cost originally estimated "did not" need to be completed and this decreased the cost!! This was exceptional to know that their is still honesty left in the service industry. I was referred to Gerber by my ... Jeff B. was truly outstanding. He worked tirelessly to save money for us at every turn. He is a thorough communicator and kept us informed of every aspect of the repair. I took my car in to have the hail damage repaired and it came back looking brand new! I actually cried when they brought it out, it looked so beautiful! The staff was great. Especially Jeff, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything and called twice a week to keep me informed on the progress. I am so happy with the results and if I ever need another repair, I will definitely take it back to them. Jeff and Justice are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired.

I am very pleased with the service I received at Gerber. When I took my car in on Monday, they had all the paper work done including a rental car. Jeff was most personable and helpful. He told me that they would try to have my car repair completed on Wednesday. Jeff called on Tuesday (a day earlier) saying it was finished. They did a great job with the repair, the car had also been vacuumed and washed. It looked like a brand new car I would highly recommend Gerber.

This 5 star rating should be shared by the above location and pueblo west location. All of my hail damage was repeated in a timely and professional manner! My R turn signal had minor problems post repair and you guys took the time to make it right and coordinate the fix between different shops (we moved to Denver post repair). Thanks!
