We were lucky we choose Gerber Collision ,and this location specifically ,to have my sister in law's 2012 Pilot repaired. We chose this location due to geographical consideration, but upon meeting Justice and speaking with her we knew we were in at the right location. Justice, Jeff and the entire team at Gerber earn the highest marks, they work as owners would, and that is the highest compliment I can give. They showed great patience as they explained to us the many steps required to bring the Pilot back to life. They have our gratitude for making a difficult experience easier. I would recommend them without reservation based on our experience.

Recently I became a Gerber/COBlvd customer 4th time. Justice/Jeff/Hollya (sp) are warm friendly personable & very professional. Every week I drive by past 9PM & see lights are on, they are busy. Customer service is a priority as is speed & efficiency. This team keeps contact with customers, paperwork, phone calls, quality control. Clearly I will be back to say Hi & Thanks and word-of-mouth recommendations for those who like to know their cars receive top care.

Her energy, knowledge and positive attitude exemplified excellent customer service.There was an older women there as well that made a comment to me about Justice along the same line. Your slogan, twenty first century technology, old fashion service is a great one as I'm sure you know, excellent customer is one thing the business community needs more of.

Doug was amazing. So helpful and friendly. They were accurate with the time it would take to complete my repairs. They took care of getting the supplemental insurance check, so I didn't have to deal with it. The car was in great shape when I got it back (the repairs and cleaned it for me). The staff greeted me and were so friendly when I walked in. I would recommend this location to anyone!

My experience at the South Colorado Boulevard location of Gerber Collision and Glass was excellent. Jeff and Justice were professional, more than courteous, and expert in their field. The repairs were made in a timely manner, and the results were outstanding. The "front office" crew and the paintless dent repair technicians are all to be commended. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber to friends and associates and have already complimented this office to USAA. While I hope NOT to need Gerber again, I must thank them for a nearly painless repair process.

I won't go anywhere else for body work every again, the team at Gerber and the work they did was absolutely fantastic! I was rear ended and had to bring my car in for an estimate and then for repair. Justice worked with me to get the initial estimate prepared for the insurance company. Super friendly, very understanding of the stressful situation, made sure to answer all my questions and made sure I left feeling comfortable with the estimate and the repair process. When it did come time to take my car in for repair work Jeff was absolutely amazing. Walked me through everything they were going to be repairing again and reassured me I'd have my "baby" back as soon as possible, but it good work takes time and he wasn't going to rush anything.
