Just wanted to say that Justice .R, at the Colorado Blvd. store in Denver is one heck of an employee. She went out of her way, to help me get my car repaired. The insurance company that was covering my repairs, didn't want to pay, and never returned her telephone calls. She kept after them, until she got a new adjuster to cover all my repairs, and the rental car bill. Thanks to everyone at this Gerber Location!!!!

I did encounter one problem at the very beginning when I set an appointment with the national call-center and the time, in reality, was not available with the shop on Colorado Blvd - but it all worked out and my car looks great. Jeff B. was helping me repair/ replace a broken side mirror- he went above and beyond, emailing back and forth with me answering all of my many questions. When I finally scheduled the appointment, Jeff pointed out that the part ordered was damaged ( something that would have been much easier for him to ignore and send me on my way). He called all surrounding shops, tracked down another one and picked it up in his own vehicle to avoid my having to come back another time. His help was so appreciated and was truly exceptional.

The staff at this location went above and beyond to get our vehicle back up and running. Justice R was amazing with helping me and doing what needed to be done with my car. She went the extra mile and had our car back to us in a early time. We are living in Utah and had to fly back to get our car. Justice made sure that we had away from the airport to Gerber collision and Glass. I am very pleased with the service that I was given and definitely will be using this company and letting friends and family know what amazing service they will be given

Justice R is awesome! somebody give that women a promotion. she is way to happy every time i talk to her and i love that. happiness is infectious and thats the best place to make other people happy. nobody wants to be in an accident and get their car fixed, but justice helped make that a little better with just her attitude. I had the misfortune of inflicting some damage to my brand new 2015 Outback. Had previously worked with Gerber on Colorado Blvd and knew that they offered top notch service. (The only drawback was the very long wait time between estimate and when they could actually get me scheduled for the repairs--a byproduct of their excellent service and reputation.) When the time came, Gerber did not disappoint. My car once again looks brand new. I worked with Jeff B. throughout the process. He was a consummate professional, always went the extra mile, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. On top of it all, they finished the repairs over a week ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to go back to Gerber in the future should the need arise...I just hope that need is not anytime soon!!

Jeff B. is fabulous. My car needed body work and while I had been told that my repair could not be done for several months due to a service backlog (hail damage in the area), Jeff got me in on the schedule within six weeks of the accident. He heard my plea that I needed the car for a business trip and made it happen. While my car was in the shop, he called me with updates and delivered the car back to me well within the time estimated. I was thrilled with the work done and the technicians took great care to ensure that the work was done to the highest standard. If your car needs body work, I would highly recommend this shop .

Justice is a real jewel, hang on to her. With all the storms we have had how she and Dana keep up and do it with a smile is beyond me. They never acted too busy to answer our questions even though we knew they were swamped. The work on the vehicle was so well done we are going to return for a little additional work we had not requested before. Great people. Great service. Great job.
