Great personal service ,brought the SUV on Tuesday,said it would be available on Friday.Cory kept me up dated with texts on the progress of the repairs. Picked up the SUV on Friday, as promised.The repairs were satisfactory, & the vehicle was returned in immaculate condition(much cleaner than when I brought it in. Will gladly refer any friends in need of auto repairs.(Cory's friendliness was refreshing to see in this "Ho Hum" society)

All of the staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. Even when I wasn't able to make it on time to pick up my car, there was still someone there able to release it after hours. The repair on my bumper was flawless and they were even nice enough to repair my mirror for free since I couldn't afford a full replacement. When getting my car back it looked better than when I got it off the lot. Even the interior of my car was spotless. I'm very impressed with this company and will definitely go back for any other auto body work. Their pricing is very cheap for how good of a job they do, they saved me a lot of stress getting it done so fast.

From Amanda to John the manager this location is well cared for and the staff of professionals. David who took me home when I dropped off the car at Gerber was a joy to talk to, very informative as to the procedure of fixing my car. Amanda who greets the walk in's and answers the phone is the conductor of this business that would probably fall apart if she wasn't there. And to the unsung professionals such as The body men-painters- mechanics and porters that do not get enough recognition. I pick up my 2006 Lincoln Zephyr after someone damaged the car. It looked better than new. God Bless these workers as well as the manager/owner-John who is a fantastic person and is extremely knowledgeable of his business and has great customer service skills. I salute you all - Thank you again..

This Gerber location is FIRST RATE. The facility is spotless and they offer coffee and pop corn. Owner/Manager John is a knowledgeable and is quick to give a quote. The office staff are also knowledgeable and friendly and went out of their way to help me. The car was done as promised and the work they did was unnoticeable. A PERFECT JOB. THANK YOU GERBER

Cory and John provided exceptional service from the moment I walked into the office. The office staff in general, was professional and welcoming. I had some concerns with how my damage could be repaired, but they walked me through the whole process and had the job completed in a timely manner. The finished work was impressive, and my car looked brand new when I left. I would recommend Gerber to anyone, especially if they can get to this location to have the work completed.

They turned a not so pleasant experience (wrecked car) into a great outcome. Professional but very pleasant...got me a rental car picks you up there and leave it when you pick up your car.
