I am 72 years old and have had a variety of cars since I was 16. I have not had a lot of reasons to take a car to a body shop, however this was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a body shop. The customer service is impeccable. The entire experience was amazing. My daughter hit the back bumper and back light cover, both needed to be replaced. Gerber gave me a free rental while the car was being repaired. I took the car in on monday morning and was very surprised when they called me the very next day to let me know my car was finished. I went to pick it up and was ver;y surprised to see my car....it looked Brand New! I have not had such a wonderful experience in all my years! I highly recommend Gerber! No other body shop has such great customer service, quick turn around and great work! I am extremely happy!

Gerber did an awesome job on my auto body repair. Cory went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was repaired properly and that I was happy. He even made sure I got OEM parts!! Cory was very professional and kept me informed about my vehicle. They even completed the work on my car sooner than expected! I was very pleased with Gerber and I will go there again for any future auto repair needs and I will recommened them to my friends.

Cory H. was very helpful and worked with me in getting my car back in a timely manner. The car turned out perfect and I think he went overboard to make sure everything was perfect. I used Collision Revision in 2011 at same location and I was just a happy last time.

While the work itself was okay, there was a spot on a wheel well from a prior incident that could have be looked at or asked if we wanted that painted as well. Maybe in the future you include an entire inspection. I would have mentioned but you took the car from my wife right away and started to move it from one location to another inconvenient location.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I worked with Cory. When I picked-up my car, there was a rattle noise which he promptly had fixed. Also, my car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out which was a nice surprise. I would recommend them highly.

Overall customer service and timeliness was great! The work done looked good as well. Although the interior of the car was still full of dust from the shop after the repair was done even though it seemed as if someone tried to wipe it down a little. They just left swirl dust marks on the dash.
