Gary W. is terrific. We have had our cars repaired at Gerber many times, and he is always friendly and courteous. He really takes great care of us.We also want to express our appreciation for our porter, Ray, who picked us up and dropped us off at home while our car was being repaired this week. He is very prompt, and also very courteous and friendly. All the people who work at this location are great! We recommend you to everyone we know and it is a pleasure doing business with this service location.

I had accident and my insurance refer me to Gerber Collision and Glass. I really like this body shop, it took me less than two weeks to get my care fix. Which save me from worrying too much for not having my care.

I can't say enough words about how kind, considerate and helpful ALL the staff were at this location. I had Jason C. help me, Ryan Perry, and a few others. They explained everything to me, went over everything about the car that was going to be done. If things weren't fixed right after I drove it I was to bring it back, in which I did and they took care of the problem. I wish all places of business were this easy to work with. They all should be commended for their professionalism and dedication to their jobs.

My insurance company, AAA, is not on your list. My adjuster, Elise, had told me it probably would take 4 days for the work on my car, it was done in 2 1/2, that was very impressive, she was a pleasure to work with and the fact that you have Enterprise come to your facility and do all the paperwork is very time saving. I have never used Gerber Collision before but will definitely do it again as well as recommend you to others

I don't often write reviews, as I feel only exceptional companies and service deserve a review and this Gerber location (Downers Grove) deserves exceptional praise. Their workmanship and customer service are second to none. It is rare to find the attention to customers these days that I have found here...from the great service from the two young ladies that greet and help you when you first walk in the door to the G.M. My car looks perfect and I feel Gerber wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied no matter whatever it takes! ... even though they didn't need to, as everything was perfect...I will continue to recommend this shop to everyone.

What a great bunch, very professional. I actually had 2 instances for front end damage, one paid for by Hartford, The second I personally paid for, The last time I needed a paint rub buffed out,,it was done cheerifully, I have told everybody that will listen of your Great service

I was amazed at the great job you did on buffing out scratches that I was sure would require repainting. It speaks to your honesty that you recommended trying the buffing instead of immediately jumping to an expensive re-paint job. Will definitely use Gerber for any future collision or glass work. I wanted to commend your employee Jason Genschoreck for a job above and beyond his duty. Jason would call every few days a let me know my mother's car was coming along, he was kind considerate and patient. Mother's 1998 88 Oldsmobile looks like it came off the show room floor. Fantastic job Jason you are great human being it is rare to find that these days. Thank you again for a wonderful job.
