Gerber Collision did great with my car. The Enterprise down the road was convenient, they picked me up and I had a rental for 3 days. My Cadillac CTS Coupe's bumper was replaced and it looks WONDERFUL. Walter did a great job in keeping me updated what was going on with the repair. My car ended up being ready around 5pm on a Friday, Gerber closes at 5:30, and they were able to wait for me to pick it up at 6pm that evening. Great customer service! Thanks guys!

I was hit on the coast and the back of my Sorento did a good job of absorbing the impact, however, the lady that hit me caused some damage to my vehicle. Thus, I had to get it repaired, so I went to Gerber where Jeff, Jamie and Linda helped me, both with the estimate and drop off and pick-up for work completion. There was a minor glitch in my paperwork as they had my phone number wrong (out-of-state, and lots of 3's)....So, when I called to check-in, I was told it was in clean-up and they'd call back when ready. A minute later Jamie called and told me they had my number wrong and the car was ready. My Italian temper vanished the second I was told my car was ready. When I walked in, Jamie brought me right to the front of the line and within seconds, I turn around and there is Jeff whisking me away to take a look at his work. The car was ... super shiny, sparkling and aesthetically a hell of a lot better than the dirty vehicle I left with them. Jeff explained exactly what he did and WHY he did what he did. Customer Service is a brash industry. Although we met due to unfortunate circumstances, I am a pleased consumer with this specific location and staff. I will recommend this establishment to anyone in need of services. Most of all, my review of 5 stars comes not only from the exceptional body work, but because of the human beings behind the operation, Jeff, Jamie & Linda. I'm sure there is other staff, but I dealt with these three specifically. Jeff is a behind AND in front of the scenes mechanic/auto-repair Master. I am so very pleased with my experience. Thank you, thank you! I could tell these people enjoy coming to work and helping others; people who hate their jobs are easily spotted. Great job, guys and gals!!!!! To Gerber Collision, I would like to thank the Durham store for the wonderful service that I received while my vehicle was being repaired...Jeff and Linda kept in contact with me via Phone and text messages...My vehicle was delivered before the date I was told it would be on...when picked up my vehicle I didn't expect it to look like it rolled of the dealer ship show room...that's how good it looked...Jeff walk around the vehicle with me and explain all what the guys in the bodyshop had to do to get my vehicle like new...I would also like to thank those guys as well... it is the ones behind the scene that makes a company like Gerber looks good and keep someone like me happy. Thanks again Gerber!
