You guys define professionalism! I was greeted warmly and listened to without distraction. You explained everything from parts used to insurance payment/reimbursement to timeline. I was kept notified along the way how the work was progressing. Check out was a breeze and even offered to come get me from the rental office if they were jammed with clients! AAA+!

We were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the prompt service and the excellent customer service extended to us during this experience. Randy and the desk Assistant went over and above the expected service and extended a warm welcome during this ordeal. Randy explained the problem and gave the solution and outcome. The Assistant called the car rental and we did not have to do anything. It was one of our best experience, especially since this was my 1st collision in 50 years of driving. Thank you for hiring people that is genuinely concern about the customers they serve and enjoy their jobs.
