It is wonderful to find people who are professional and friendly rending car service. I was very pleased and proud of the work done on my Honda Accord car. Brad T. a former student still make me proud of him. All of the staff was excellent. I will use the referral card and will use Gerber Collision & Glass service again if need be.

I just want to thank the incredible customer service team at this location. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and offered assistance with my vehicle right away. The service advisor recommended a cost efficient solution for my vehicle; by polishing my headlights instead of total replacement. I would definitely recommend this location for your vehicle service needs.

Vehicle - Hyundai Sonata 2013 Technician - Brad I went in this morning on July 7th due to a very noticeable scratch on my car on the front passenger side. I did not recall scraping against anything, so my first thought was maybe it was vandalism and someone had possibly keyed the car. Brad was the technician that helped me. I came in for a quick assessment and cost estimate with no appointment and Brad was amazing. He told me he thought it was something very minor and superficial. He determined that it was not vandalism. He actually buffed out the scratch on the spot. He was very diligent and helpful and provided excellent customer service. I couldn't even see the scratch after he was finished. He did an awesome job and I will definitely continue to use this location and as well as recommend Gerber to everyone I know. My beautiful white Mercedes unfortunately was subject to someone's poor idea of a art project by using my car as a canvas for their black spray paint. I came to the shop thinking that I would have to schedule an appointment to leave my car to be fixed. But Brad went above and beyond, trusting his gut, he did a test spot, that worked! Brad was able to remove ALL of the spray paint from my vehicle...even the cracks & crevices of the door handle. After about 30 or so minutes, my car was like nothing ever happened. And after they did a courtesy wash, it was cleaner than it was before it had gotten spray painted. Thank you to the detail guy as well! And the icing on the cake was I did not have to pay my insurance deductible (bc I had made a claim originally)- the insurance paid for it! I left VERY pleased with my service experience from ... this gerber location. Thank you so much Brad!! You were a true blessing that day! read more

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff and a job well done. We brought the car in Tuesday morning expecting to pick it up Friday or Monday. It was ready late Wednesday afternoon. Who gives service like that these days? We are very happy!

I worked both with Stacey and Stephen M. at this Gerber location. Both were great to work with and provided all the help and assistance I needed for this collision repair. Hopefully I won't need their services again. But if I do, I will definitely use this same location and ask to work with Stacey and Stephen again.
