The staff at the Miami blvd location are always courteous and professional! From my first point of contact with Stacy at the front desk to the actual repair technician Steven who's giving me day to day updates of the repair happening to my car! I literally would not feel comfortable taking my car to a different body shop! Also once again Wow to Steven having my repairs finished a day before the original time frame estimate i was given! This is the 2nd time in the past month (unfortunately) that I've had to get repairs done to my car & Steven has always gotten it done ahead of time!

Steven was very helpful and so polite. He gave detail information on the process of fixing my car and asked if I had any questions or concern. His customer service was superb. I got updates daily on what the progress of my car and they finished it before the given date. The job they did was excellent and I will use them again if the need ever arise. I picked up my repaired car and it looked great. All damage repaired so that it looked brand new. Steve did a great job as he assessed the damage and explaned how it would be fixed. Colors between orginal/replacement parts spot on. Would recommend to other with "fender benders".

From the time my son brought me to Gerber and we met Stephen M., the Repair Process Manager, through the process of the estimate and finally to the finished outstanding workmanship product, Stephen and the team at Gerber did an outstanding job. The work is flawless and Stephen M. spent quality time inspecting and estimating, explaining the process in detail and upon receipt of the completed project, he had even taken the personal time to buff out a small scuff. The workmanship is professional and I just can't say enough about the friendly, professional, and customer service focused attention I received by Stephen M.
