I was not happy about being rear ended and my car needing repairs however the staff at Gerber from start to finish made an unpleasant experience a pleasant experience because of their knowledge and customer service. I was assured right from the beginning that my car would look like it did prior to the accident and trust me it does. Tina was especially easy to work with. I joked that we had become best friends during the process. Also, I loved the updates via text. I felt like it kept me in the loop. I hope I don't find myself in this situation again but if I do I will definitely use Gerber. If you have anything in house to recognize your employees please do that for Tina :)

Kristina and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Clearly giving great customer service is a priority for them. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle throughout the entire process and were more than happy to answer any questions I had at any time.. My vehicle was completed within the time that was quoted to me. The people who do the actual repair work did an amazing job. My vehicle was in an accident so there was an extensive amout of work to be done. When they were finished it was good as new. You never would have know that it had been in an accident. They clearly care about the work they do and want it perfect which it was. I hope to never have to need their services again but if I do I will definitely will use them again.

I must say...the whole staff here has been amazing. They were extremely courteous and understanding. Kristina, Ivy, Kim, Max, and the whole body shop should be commended for a job well done. They have to deal with customers who are upset in a frequent basis but due to their professionalism they make the whole process a very calming experience. There are no worries a customer has when using Gerber. I am sincerely thankful for the job they have done and will no doubt recommend them in the future. USAA did a great service by having partnered with Gerber Collision.

Had my vehicle repaired originally by the jessup location and unfortunately had an issue there, but the manager Kim had gone above and beyond to make the issue right, and in an incredibly timely manner. She kept me updated through the whole process, and did absolutely everything she could for me. This is a true example of a company that values employees that put customer service as their top priority. Kim has been phenomenal, and I unfortunately had someone back into me the other day, and will be returning to work with her and her team to fix the car again. The level of her customer service is what will continue to keep me returning to Gerber collision, and trusting them with the 2nd biggest investment I have, my car. Thanks a ton for all of your hard work Kim!!

Counter personnel most cordial, welcoming and thorough. Estimate was timely with further timeliness of contacting me re: additionally discovered work needed. Thorough review of work done, conducted at the vehicle by facility manager, who was most professional, yet made me feel that I was a priority, to include explanation of why certain tasks were performed and that quality replacement parts were used. Vehicle detailed in excellent condition. Payment and exit supervised by manager and counter personnel very efficient. Can I say any more? I'm a fan!!!

The repair in terms of the workmanship is high quality. The staff which included Christina, Anthony, and the manager, Tammy, exhibited a high level of professionalism. They were courteous laced with excellent customer service skills. They gave you the impression that they really cared about the repair of your vehicle. I would recommend this location to anybody.
