I brought my truck in after being recommended by USAA. When I got there the adjuster, Sam Delegge, was verry nice and professional. He took a good hard look at my truck and listened to what I had to say. When he came back with the estimate, he took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. A couple weeks later when I brought the truck in for repair, I was told that it would be 5 days, but thanks to Matt and the guys in the shop that worked on my truck it was ready to be picked up 3 days later. The work that they did is verry nice, and I'm verry satisfied with the service I recived. Thanks again to Matt and anybody else who worked on my truck.

Had the pleasure of having my windshield replaced at your Lake st. Elmhurst, IL. location yesterday. I just have to say from the girl that set up appt. to Mike and Matt in the Glass and Collision dept. All work performed quickly with quality and even went extra mile to repair small paint problem on my car's 1/4 panel. Thanks Gerber and special thanks to Mike and Matt.
