I had a collision, on a new car car (for me) and the staff I encountered was wonderful. Yacinia was so professional, despite my frustration at times. She was wonderful to work with and an asset to your company. The front staff was great to -including Eli and the other (female) receptionist.

Brought my wives car in for a estimate. Could not close drivers door without first lifting the door and closing it. I thought it could be the door hinge being bent due to an individual hitting the door with his car. Elise (the Gerber Estimator) looked at the door and asked if she could have one of her technicians look at the door. Elise asked me to wait in the waiting area and she would get back to me in a few minutes. Five minutes later Elise came and requested that I come back by my car and try opening and closing the door which I did without having to lift the door first. The technician said he made a slight adjustment and that fixed the problem. Elise asked if I was satisfied and I said I was totally satisfied. We dropped the car off at estes in schaumburg they were accomadating by asking another shop if they could take it . Elmhurst took it and i got textx followup, and calls which was amazing. Very pleased with the customer service and with the car getting fixed. Looks like a new vehicle

I am happy with Gerber, who stood by their work and replaced a windshield under warranty when the previous windshield has problems. Bob K. in the field was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the Elmhurst location's manager took care of my problem quickly and without any hassles.
