I couldn't be happier with the service I received at the 3506 Bragg Blvd location! My Chevrolet SUV had damage from front to back. It was returned to me, looking just like the day I purchased it. This is a great crew. From Amy at the front desk to Jennifer the estimator, everyone is genuinely concerned about me - the customer. When I brought the car in, I had many concerns because an automobile is a large expense. However, they were quick to calm my concerns. When I called periodically to check on the progress, they were very prompt to answer the phone and if they didn't know the answers to my questions, they found out. I will always bring my car to this shop and recommend to anyone I speak to that they should do the same. Thanks again for your great service.

I would like to thank all the people that were involved in the repairs, body work, paint on my 2014 GMC Truck. The truck was damaged extensively in an accident and they made it like new again. I'm impressed with their work. I also want to say Thanks to Jennifer Ward for all her hard work in making this experience more tolerable while the repairs were made. She kept me informed every week on the status of repairs. She was always professional and willing to take the time to share details of what was being done. Jennifer W. was excellent in her provision of customer service. She was very professional, courteous and in seem very knowledgeable about the auto body repair craft and even provided some valuable insight as to the workings of the insurance company. Becuse of her responsiveness and willingness to address my concerns, I personally felt it saved me a lot of grief and headache that I might otherwise have had in not being provided the correct information. Because of Ms. Ward's efforts to ensure quality services in a timely manner without inconvenience, I would definitely recommend Gerber to a friend or family member in need of your services. Although I would try to avoid any mishap that would warrant auto body repair services in the future, I would certainly return to Gerber should the need ever arise.
