Excellent customer service! Gerber really exceeded my expectations. All I had to do was bring my car to their shop. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They did an outstanding job on my bumper!! When I picked my car up, it looked just like it did when I purchased it two years ago! They also cleaned her up for me! The inside and outside was spotless! The individuals at this location are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was REALLY dreading the " ordeal " of having my car fixed !!! ( Really didn't think it would be back to it's original state ) All my feelings changed when I walked into Gerbers, my estimator , Jennifer Ward, made me feel at ease, explained everything to me, and assured me I would be VERY pleased with the finished job. Long story short, I couldn't be happier with the way my car looks, and how I was treated by everyone at Gerbers !!!!!! Can't thank you enough!!

My whole accident ordeal has been very nerve wrecking and stressful. But I am very happy to report Jennifer did not contribute to any of it. Jennifer gave awesome customer service. I received an update telephone call weekly (sometimes twice a week). My car was ready two weeks prior to the projected finish date. From check in to check out I received great service.
