I appreciate the service and Mrs. Clelia Pirro. When we arrived she spoke with us and told us everything that was going to take place. Her and Aaron kept us up to date with what was taking place with my car. When I picked up my car it looked beautiful. Clelia walked us around showing us everything that they did. She explained everything involved with the warranty very clearly. I am really happy with the results, my car looks and feels like it did before the repair.

Five stars is not high enough of a rating for this company!!!!!!!! I was so excited with the work done on my vehicle!!! I was told a young man by the name of Luis had primarily worked on my car...HATS OFF TO HIM!!!!!!!! Thank you soooooo much and I will sing the praises of GERBER forever!!!!!! My baby (car) is over 10 years old. Gerber gave her life!! I did not recognize her at first. I am more than satisfied and overwhelmed with the outcome!!!!! Thank you again!!! The customer service department kept me posted every step of the way! They were kind and courteous! An accident is a very scary thing to go through, but they made it easy!!! Aaron was such a delight! Always smiled and greeted me by name!! I valued his kindness as there are not many who still believe in; or value their customers. Awesome experience that I will remember ... forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Ceelia!! I appreciated every message and phone call to inform me of the status of my repairs. Wow....what excellent customer service! I had a small incident coming from Virginia and thought my vehicle may need repaired. Ms. Clelia Pirro had the body shop mechanic come out to the parking lot and he popped the piece right back in place....free of charge. Can't any better than that! Thank you Gerber!
