Great experience! Zero complaints! They handled my insurance claim for me and kept me informed the entire time. Great customer service from drop off to pick up. Great getting my trailblazer back sooner than I thought.looks good.like it didn't get hit.before I took it in.i thought it could not be fix like it was before.state farm had me to bring it Gerber I had a chance to take it somewhere else.gerber was closer to me glad I did.thought it would take longer but no it was ready.inno time and the work you can not tell it was hit .and the people that worked there done great work and people was nice.getting back and forth with a car rental.gerber will have my business from now on.great work guys and ladies.keep up good ?? work.

Even though I was the innocent party in an accident, the insurance company selected this body shop to repair my vehicle. I couldn't have been more pleased with my treatment. My vehicle looks like brand new, they were timely and kept me updated. Kudos to Melissa at the front desk (forgive me if i got your name wrong)!! She has customer service down to a T!!! She treated me like family and kept my worries down! I would use this shop again if I needed to over any/all other body shops. GREAT JOB Gerber Collision & Glass!!
