I'm originally from Ohio and now live in Melbourne, Fla. Gerber Collision & Glass is a 5 Star Vehicle Repair Facility compared to the Repair Facilities you find in Columbus, Ohio. I have been driving since 1966 and was never in an accident until May 2024 when I was rearended. The people at Gerber are not only professional and knowledgeable in vehicle repair they also treat you with respect and actually care in making sure all your repair needs are met in a timely manner. Melissa Smith(Estimator) at Gerber was outstanding in taking care of my Jeep Cherokee from dropping the vehicle off, to making sure all the damaged areas and parts were marked & recognized, to making sure all the repairs were done correctly and keeping me in the loop with updates on the vehicle's progress, and finally picking up the Jeep. I was treated like a ... friend not a number. Thank you Melissa and all the staff at Gerber from the front desk to all the repair and mechanical personnel involved in repairing my Jeep. Where shall I begin. I walked in to the Gerber location located at 2395 Cobb Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152 and worked with Ashley D. From the first time I walked in on June 12 to yesterday, June 20 in picking up my car, I was provided with the BEST Customer Service that I have received in a VERY long time. Ashley has such a passion for what she does and it shows through her SUPERB customer service She stayed in touch for updates often and basically came through with the timing, etc of having my car repair. I have already told people what a wonderful experience it has been even though it started with a bad thing...a wreck! Hopefully, I will not need them again, but if I do, they will see me again!

They were instantly available to assess my truck, they were flexible with accommodating my schedule. Their evaluation of the damages were accurate and they repaired my truck quickly, days before the estimated deadline. Everyone provided friendly customer service and kept in frequent communication. My adjuster was Steve very friendly outgoing got Texts regarding my update vehicle my car looks black brown New. They washed it. It smells so good everybody there is very friendly. My car was over less than three weeks I believe. I do recommend people to go there
