I had a great customer experience. It started with Kelly (appointment coordinator). I had a close encounter with a deer that caused significant damage to my Town and Country wheelchair accessible minivan. I explain to Kelly that I couldn't leave the van for multiple days as it is my primary means of getting around. Kelly worked with Don (General Manager) to insure that the inspection took place quickly enabling me to get the van back the same day. Parts were ordered and my minivan was repaired in two days. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Don, Kelly and their repair team. They understood my requirement to get the van back quickly and they exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer experience. Wendy kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle throughout its repair and coordinated seamlessly with Enterprise regarding my rental. She also coordinated discrepancies with my insurance carrier to ensure that I got the highest quality parts available for my repair without me having to get involved. To put icing on the cake, I found out that they also took my vehicle for an alignment the day before I got it back adding to the value of their work. My repair was an extensive one that required very specialized parts and labor. When I received my vehicle back, the repair was flawless and also clean on the inside and outside. I found their work to be of the highest professionalism and their communication to be thorough.

During my shift the apartment shuttle developed a door jam witch caused an alarm to go off rendering the shuttle unsafe to drive I took it to Gerber Collision explained the situation and they immediately came out and worked on it until it was safely secured again Their quick response got me back on the road within the hour transporting the University of Michigan students to their classes on campus Without their help the shuttle could have been out of service for days instead of minutes On behalf of me and my students!
