The team repaired and washed our truck before my arrival. Tyler explained the details of the repair. He also made sure all of our concerns were addressed. Greg the estimator was courteous ad knowledgeable at time of inspection and write up. I loved the texting feature to keep me informed of the repair timeline. Upon pickup I was amazed to find that they replaced the entire rear tailgate assembly and they detailed my car inside and out!
