While it was frustrating that parts were on backorder, Gerber kept us updated. Collisions can cause a great deal of anxiety and frustration, Gerber eased the stress and answered all of our seemingly endless questions. We appreciated their transparency and professionalism while walking us through the process of our collision repair. When the repairs were complete, staff went through the repairs with us in detail to ensure we understood what our vehicle had been through and our vehicle looked new.
