While I was not impressed with the insurance company on this one, thankfully Gerber was spot on, and Darlene W. offered up some of the best customer service I'd seen in a while - walked me through the process and helped me every step of the way. Shabeer A. got my car fixed in just a couple days, much sooner than what I had expected. They did a great job, and I will not only use them again in the future, but will recommend them to anyone who needs auto work done. Great job!

Overall, I had a great experience. I've never been in an accident before and appreciate the patience of all the employees as I asked multiple questions. I also really appreciate Christina and the other young lady who stayed after hours to wait for me to be picked up by the rental car company. The amount of updates I recieved throughout the repair process was exceptional. Most of the time when you drop your car off to be repaired you are normally left in the dark, so being aware of whats going on every step of the way was shocking and very much appreciated. Thank you!!!
