The entire process was flawless. No one hopes to have to have their car in the shop for body work, but Gerber on SR 16 made it all very easy. Robin did a great with scheduling and paper work. Ali was very thorough in explaining the damage, the process and timeline. Our car was returned in excellent condition, wash, vacuumed and a day earlier than promised. Overall a very good experience!! Thanks to you all!!

I am very pleased to say that Tom provided exemplary customer service. Being involved in an auto accident is always very stressful especially with your car dealership and insurance company. However, Tom immediately offered his expertise as the liasion between USAA and myself. He had a very friendly demeanor and kept us up to date with the entire process. My car was in for repairs for less than 5 business days. Thanks for your A+ customer service , Tom!

This is the third time I have used Gerber's and from now on they are the only shop that I want to work on my vehicles. Everything is also better than when we bring it in. My wife 2015 Sentra looks like it just came off the showroom floor. They have done that with every vehicle I brought in. I recommed them to everyone about the whole process. They call you often and let you know how the work is coming along and are very nice. Best repair shop I have ever seen. Thank you for what you guys do.

I worked with Robert E. throughout my claim. He was extremely helpful and had excellent customer service. He fulfilled my expectations as promised. He gave me updates on my vehicle and the process twice a week and assured that if I had any issues or needed anything to not hesitate to give him a call. I was completely satisfied each time I got off the phone. I could not be any happier with their service. Even after my car left the shop, I had an issue and called them back and they were more than willing to have me bring the car back and get it worked on.
