Gerber Collision, I had both Auto Body work and Glass work completed at Gerber Collision and Glass in Clermont, FL. It was a pleasant experience working with the Clermont Team. EVERYONE was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The communication about my vehicle between Hector R. and myself was truly "over the top." I never had to wonder about the status of my vehicle. Upon pick-up of my vehicle, Hector made sure I was totally satisfied with the work prior to letting me leave. ....and I was! The Team in Clermont, especially Hector R. is a true asset to Gerber Collision and Glass; I will recommend them to others in need of a like service. My Hat is Off to the Clermont Team.

WHAT A GREAT JOB DONE BY GERBER on RO#212539, here in Tampa, FL.First of all Cody was the consummate professional. He was very articulate as to the nature of the repairs to the wife's new CRV, kept me informed of the repair progress and demonstrated a great knowledge of auto repairs procedures. He also had a good sense of humor which went a long way in dealing with the strife of a hit and run on my wife's new car. And beside that, they finished the repairs up 2 days earlier than the projected completion date. Also the receptionist (I am ashamed I forgot her name) was a true customer focused employee. She answered our questions with a cheerful smile, gave us directions on how to get around that day, and was just a very cheerful and nice lady. I have dealt with Gerber before and it was good but with a new team and more professional attitude, it was excellent. They were pleasant and actually funny. Dave leventhaul was my ins contact and he was a plus. Very thorough and detailed. He knows his stuff m. Fran took the time to explain things even on a Friday at six. The gm Steve was helpful and stopped to explain things and give me advice about next steps. Kevin helped me too. So a big shout out to Dave L and Fran - or a wow! And a great team of pros .
