I'm going to have to say for this been the 2nd time I use this company the professionalism of your staff is superb starting from the secretary Madeline were she was very attentive with my situation and continue with Tom Stoke that reassure me that the work will be handle on a very professional matter and the finish my car on the estimated time , without counting the daily txt message communication made waiting for my car to be fix much easier. I will definitely recomd this shop to my friends and family

Went in today to get a estimate on my Lincoln since my wife damaged the front end slightly. On of the guys came out to look at it. He was able to pop it back in place in like 5 minutes and did it at no charge. Ive had them do repair jobs for me in the past, but this type of service is why I will be returning in the future- my wife hit stuff alot?? and I'm sure to recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again

The ladies there were very friendly and helpful made the process quite easy. I will definitely use there services again. Both April & Jean went out of their way to help us. Being a senior I'm not confident in doing things like this they really made it easy.

My experience at Gerber was awesome. I was kept up to date on the progress being made and my repair was completed a day ahead of time. The paint on the new rear bumper was a perfect match and looked great. The estimator (Wendy) who handled my claim, kept me updated, arranged for a pick up from my house, and got me back on the road. I would certainly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to my friends and family.

WOW! Just picked up my vehicle. Can I say it again...WOW!! Excellent job. Superior service. Totally impressed. Also, Geico was outstanding. A Geico insured side swiped me, so I was a claimant. Was treated with professionalism and kindness through out this entire process.

The staff at Gerber Collision & Glass in Clermont went above and beyond to help me during that tough time! They kept me informed and the work that was completed was worth while. The fixed an issue I had after pick up right away when I called, I was in and out within 20 minutes! I would definitely recommend this location, Hector, and the general manager Derek to friends & family.

I want to praise Gerber Collision and its employees. I took my car in for bodywork repair from an accident. It was nice to hear a friendy voice (Madison) answering the the phone and to help me with planning for the repairs. When I arrived days later to drop off my car I was VERY impressed with my assigned Estimator Tom. He was very patient while I asked a million questions. He had a great deal of knowledge and explained the process in an easy way for me to understand. Upon arrival to pick up my car he explained what Gerber did to repair my Rogue. He made sure that I was happy with the work and took care of the car rental return. Again, VERY impressed with Tom. The bodywork looks amazing! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to family and friends! Thanks for your time.
