From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with courtesy and professionalism. The car was examined and before we left we had the most itemized, detailed list of repairs and cost. It was supposed to take almost a month to repair the car damage from hurricane Irma and we had it back in a little over two weeks. Bruce and his team are OUTSTANDING. I am so glad that our insurance company sent us to Gerber and we will be lifetime customers.

Needed inside driver's door handle replaced. Job was scheduled two weeks in advance. Job was finished on scheduled day and time. Very pleased with the entire staff as they took my sarcastic humor well. I will recommend Gerber to friends and will go to them if I unfortunately need their service for accident repair.

I was involved in a hit and run where I received rear end damage to my Ford Explorer. I selected Gerber to fix my vehicle. It took a little bit longer than expected, as there was a delay in the delivery of parts (due to the hurricane that came through) . Tammy was AWESOME, she kept me in the loop of what stages my vehicle was in and fully explained why there was a delay. Overall, I had a GREAT experience with Gerber.

I needed the hood of my BMW painted while I was out of town for a few days avoiding the need for a car rental. Derek informed me they were jammed pack during that time frame and he did not have the manpower to do it. However, he was able to complete the job if I could bring it in a day earlier than planned. I did, an excellent job was done, and the customer service was stellar. We hare fortunate to have this business in our area.
