I got my Jetta 2012 repaired and painted at Gerber. This team, Kelly, Justin and Fran including the paint/repair guy is 100% professional, fast and care about attention to detail and perfection. I took my car in and they had it finished within a week when I expected much longer! My car came out looking better than it did even before I got into the accident, and if something ever happens again I will be going back to Gerber Collision.

This repair was done right before Hurricane Irma, so hopefully you won't mind the delay for this feedback. We've been doing a lot to get the household back in order since then. Will definitely come to you again when other body/glass work is needed.

Derek, your customer service was second to none! Being in sales I expect nothing but the best for my customers. You and your team did an excellent job from start to finish. I was updated on a regular basics and greeted with a friendly smile. Hats of to the receptionist, she was awesome.

After an unfortunate meeting with a deer the Gerber Team at St. Cloud did a great job repairing our minivan, even allowed us to do a Saturday pick-up. We had to go back for some minor follow-up work but Mr. H was always professional and courteous. Thanks for fixing our minivan!

The entire office was amazing! They were friendly and knowledgeable. Bk was helpful and able to help me make informed decisions. I hated dealing with the other insurance company but BK and the office made this situation so much better. Definitely customer service orientated! This is why I always recommend and use Gerber especially when I know BK is working. She is awesome, honest and knows her stuff. Thank you, Gerber, and thank you BK. You always go above and beyond for me.

This was a great find, a wonderful body shop. They fixed my Mercedes GLK350 and were great. Michelle C. was a great Estimator and kept me up to speed along with the Progressive agent. When I picked up the car (on time!) it looked like a new car. Wonderful work, I will recommend always! A+++

Tom S. is a rarity in an area of business rampant with unethical people. Tom is honest, respectful, and courteous. As a woman, I dread having to do anything associated with automotive service. When I walked into Gerber Deland, I walked into a business, not a shop. I was given a fair price and my car was ready a day ahead of time. A few days after I picked my car up, I had questions about an unrelated area with my car. Tom graciously took time out of his schedule to assist me. You can be sure that I will be recommending Gerber Deland to anyone in need. I also will be sure to mention the business' name as people compliment the wonderful repair work performed. And God forbid if I am ever in another accident, you can be sure my car will be back at Gerber Deland.
