My experience could not have gone smoother or more efficiently. My rental car was waiting for me when I arrived. The receptionist was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Tom M. gave me an estimate, checking under the car to find additional damage, all the paperwork was done and I was out the door! The repairs were estimate for 2 or 3 days however the work was completed in just 1 day! The repairs to my car were excellent and the service people went the extra mile to clean my foggy headlight shields and even touch up a scratch on my rear bumper. Mr. Marsh explained everything in detail and I was on my way. I highly recommended Gerber Collision for repairs!

This repair shop fixed my car in less time than expected. The staff was friendly, helpful and did a top notch job. They even cleaned out the inside of the vehicle. All around great experience. It started with Leah and Samantha who even helped take out my car seat. The manager even took the time to show me some of the bad parts that were extremely rusted. The quality of work was great as well as the cleaning of the inside of the car which was unexpected!

Dave L. and the crew at the Palmetto Ave location did just a superior job on my vehicle. It was also a good experience since he/they took care of all details. Rental auto was "waiting" , job completed when promised and all details taken care of.

Gave 5 stars as all personnel were super and super idea sending emails to keep customer informed of progress was super - slight scratch on front bumper that was painted/installed and overspray on chrome; was able clean chrome and can live with spot.

This facility was awesome from the initial appointment with Martin for the "walk around" to completion. Heather up front was great. Everything was arranged from the rental to believe it or not, a cleaning of the inside of my car. That was unexpected as there was no damage inside the car. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a repair or just needs a smile!!!!!

You guys did an amazing job repairing my car. Tom S. guided me through the whole process and made everything a breeze. Tom coordinated someone to take me back to my apartment after I dropped off my car and he personally picked me up when my car was ready. The work was estimated to take two weeks, but it ended up only taking one week! I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone that needed body work done.
