I would like to say that the service I received was excellent. Bryan was extremely helpful. He explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. He always called to keep me informed of where my car was in the repair process. As a woman I always feel leary of any auto repairs that need to be done, but this time I felt well taken care of and while I hope not to need another vehicle repair - if I do, I will only come back to Gerber!

Brun initially took care of me, very kind and extremely professional. Tom worked with me after dropping off my car and I couldn't have asked for anything else. He was professional and kind also. I would highly recommend this place. Your staff (Brun and Tom) were great.

What an excellent experience ! I was in an accident that resulted in a lot of body damage to my beloved 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. The team at Gerber Collision in Deland were amazing ! Especially Tom !! Not only was the work outstanding, but the service surpassed everything I could have hoped for. Tom kept me informed and demonstrated the finest customer service I have experienced in a very long time. My vehicle looks fantastic ! Recently I had my car brought to the your facility for repairs to the right Ft. wheel. Your staff and the repairs on my veh. were great. Rosa & Yaira were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Their communication was great in keeping me posted on where my car was in the repair process. There was one delayed that was caused by my insurance company that once again your staff communicated to me vs. someone from insurance. I have already recommended two friends that are looking for some minor body work and paint on their veh. Again thank you again to your staff, and for great customer service during a difficult time.
