I have been putting off having repairs done to my 2003 Dodge Ram. The cab roof needed to be painted. Previous painting was done to the hood of my truck by Gerber Collision over a year ago and I was very pleased. After talking with Tom S., I knew that my truck repairs would be perfect and they were! The updates regarding the repair status was excellent. Tom took care of all aspects of the repair and my truck was delivered on time!

He kept me up to date on the progress of the work, told me about a couple extra little things he had to do and finished the beautiful job earlier than expected. Great employee. I cannot believe how well I was treated on a repaint/ warranty repair!! Derek is one of the best at customer service that I've ever seen, and I've been in customer service my whole life ( 68 yrs) !!!! My truck looked a lot better when I picked it up than it did when I bought it!! It was done earlier than promised and looks fantastic!! Than you very much!!!

Fortunately I have not had too much experience with collision repair but I recently had to have some damage repaired. Gerber was very impressive. The environment was clean and pleasant. Jessica was efficient and a delight to work with. The car looked like it just came out of the showroom. Overall great service.

Bobby was great in dealing with all the problems I had with my vehicle. I had several different issues and my vehicle was repaired quickly and every time I called the wonderful female working the front desk was awesome in helping me along with Manny. I had my vehicle there 4 times in a month for different problems and I always got my vehicle back the next day with the repair fixed properly. They are an awesome repair shop with a great staff. I will continue to take my vehicle to them every time. Thank you for all you did for me.

Wow! How impressed I am. I met with T.J. H. and he was very professional, and informative from the beginning. The parts were preordered before I left the car, left the car on a Wednesday night and picked up within 7 days! He was great in keeping me informed the whole time. Plus having the repair work done correctly it was cleaned inside and out which was an unexpected bonus! Thanks for taking good care of me T.J.
