Great customer service. They went above & beyond with my Altima. I went in to get a minor dent fixed around the holidays & they were fast. There was something whacky going on with my door & they quickly fixed that too. Even went as far to paint in the rock chips on my front bumper, which were insane looking from a daily 417 commute. It looks so much better all around! Thank you. :)

My car had considerable body damage. I brought it to Gerber Collision& Glass for repair. It is the second time I have used this company and the second time they have done an outstanding job. My car looks amazing. The staff is great to work with, giving me updates continually as to the progress of the job. The service consultant, CJ, was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure. The office manager, Mary, was also helpful and professional. If you are looking for excellent service and a great job, bring your car to Gerber Collision and Glass in New Smyrna Beach.

A+. 5 Star. Unfortunately for me, I had two vehicles damaged a year apart. Each time we took our cars to Gerber. The first was my BMW. They did such an excellent job and we were very pleased. So when our second vehicle was damaged we again without question knew that Gerber was the best choice...and they did not disappoint. The entire staff was amazing and extremely competent both inside the facility (Ashley and another wonderful young lady) and out.
