Great collision repair shop! First they kept me updated on everything, second they painted my stripe on the back of my car that was scratched from the accident. I wasn't expecting that They got my car done pretty fast as well. it was done 4 days before my estimated pick up date. My car looks brand new. I'm so happy I chose Gerber collision & glass!

My recent collision repair at Gerber in St. Cloud was excellent! From the receptionist to the estimator to the repair staff, EVERYTHING went smooth as silk. I appreciated the texts from Lonnie to keep me updated. To top things off, the car was ready sooner than expected, and it looks like new! Would I recommend Gerber in St. Cloud to anyone? I certainly would.

The service was fast and professional. The office is welcoming and clean with plenty of seats if needed. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect for me, walking distance. Was very impressed with staff. Very organized and kept me informed with the status of the repairs. Picked up my car and it looks like new (as if it was not in an accident) Staff member went over all repairs with me. I hope I don't need you again, but I would definitely take my car back to Gerber. I have told all my co-workers and friends how great you all are. Again in this day and age it is wonderful to find a company like Gerber.

The Team in Pensacola did a fantastic job with the repair of my Nissan Altima. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was kept up to date on the work being done and was so thrilled with the timely manner they were able to get me back on the road. Easiest experience I have had with auto repair shops. I took my car in to Gerber Collision after another car swiped my car and did damage to my front bumper. I'm glad I had the repair work done with Gerber Collision, because not only did the repair turn out great, but they were also communicative, informative, and helpful at each interaction. Overall, a positive experience. Should I find myself in need of more auto body work in the future, I would reach out to Gerber again.
