Great service from Trish at the front desk, Tonya the estimator who was readily available to provide her professional knowledge about a quick estimate for repairs and Lance the general manager jumped in to ensure the complete inspection of damages would available soon. The team was expeditious to determine the damages and the communication with Trish was outstanding. Super helpful, honest and the ease to contact them made a difficult time less stressful. Highly recommend to anyone who is in this situation!

On the recommendation of a family member that has had prior work done on their vehicle, we stopped in here to get an opinion on some scratches in the driver door of our Jeep. I was not sure if it was a relatively easy buff out or if the scratches were deep enough to require a repaint. Cathy evaluated the issues immediately, and told us that it was okay, scratches were relatively minor, and would not require a repaint. She even tried herself while we waited to see if their professional grade compound would work, as the DIY products I tried did nothing, but it requred a bit more effort, (wet sand and buff) and she recommended Reid's Detailing just up the road (separate review...) but for the puropose of this review, the staff at Gerber was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They could have easily told me that the damage was enough ... to require a costly repaint, but they told me no, not necessary, and told me to have it wet sanded and buffed, that would fix the problem, and indeed it did. I would highly recommend Gerber for their good work, and honest opinions. Excellent company to do business with, very satisfied, and I will be back if the need arises! read more

I had never been in a car accident before, but Gerber made the process very smooth, and kept me updated on the repair status throughout the time that they had my car. It is brand new, so I was a little concerned with the cosmetics and the manufacturer warranty, but they did a perfect job replacing everything and guarantee their work. It looks just like it did when I bought it. Thanks Gerber!
