I cannot express enough how pleased I am with my experience at Gerber Collision. After my Mercedes got front-end damage, I was worried about how long the repair process would take and was super anxious about it. However, Gerber Collision made it seamless and stress-free. Denny, in particular, went above and beyond to keep me and my family updated throughout the entire process, which took less than two weeks to complete. What stood out even more was when the insurance company tried to deny coverage for the tire damage. However, Gerber Collision and Denny took it upon themselves to advocate for us and successfully prevented us from having to pay out of pocket. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. The whole team at Gerber Collision proved to be exceptional. From their efficient repair work to the friendly front ... desk receptionist, they exceeded my expectations. Auto repair shops can often be lacking in customer service, but that was not the case here. Denny and the entire crew were nothing short of awesome. If, in the unfortunate event that I ever find myself in another accident (fingers crossed it won't happen), I won't hesitate to return to Gerber Collision. I am also confident that if I ever need windshield repair or any other automotive service, this is the place to go.
