Staff was very easy to work with. I had a family member in Hospice in Pa and had to make an unplanned trip. Gerber allowed me to bring my car in for repair while I was out of state. I did not have to make arrangements for a rental and the repair was completed before I returned to Gainesville.

I can't say enough how pleased I was with my experience with all the staff at this location as well as the quality of work of their technician(s). From the minute I walked in the office the receptionist greeted me promptly and with a smile, the gentleman that came out greeted me nicely. We walked outside to my car, where he explained the process and asked my preference in communication and gave me an expected finish date. After I received my rental car , during the days after, I received updates on a regular basis. When I picked up my car, I happened to run into another worker outside who was just as pleasant and helpful explaining where I could park the rental car and pointed to where my car was. I went into the office and again had another great experience with both staff members. The quality of the repair work on my car is excellent. ... It looks beautiful again and the car was spotless! The staff were all incredibly helpful, professional and kind. I called and they ordered my replacement part, got me in the next day and completely fixed my issue (and it was the week after Christmas!) . They have the best prices in town by far and are very fair. They seem to really care and try to help. Would recommend them to anyone needing their car fixed!

Gerber should write the book on customer service. I was called on Tuesday and Thursday to update me on the status of my repairs. I was sent a text saying my car was ready to go home; loved it, . They gave me a ride to Enterprise to get my rental car because Enterprise never showed up to pick me up. They stepped in to help me when another business failed to show customer service. I am most grateful for the woman at the Gerber on Capital Circle who told me I could try another Gerber since it would be January 4th until they could fix my car. I tried the one at 2751 W. Tennessee and they estimated it on 12/13/22, took the car in on 12/19/22 and got the car back repaired on 12/28/22 even though it was a holiday week! Casey S. was a great estimator. She saw the radiator support was damaged and the estimator at the Gerber on Capital Circle ... missed that. read more
