However, I have to be honest; this second experience surpassed the first. The professionalism and courteousness of the staff from Monica, Charice to the other workers I encountered, simply a model to be emulated. Thank you for reassuring me during a most stressful event. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They kepted us update for everything to the point we never had to contact them. The body work on our few month old vehicle looks just like it did off the dealer lot. Can't stress enough how great and nice the staff was during a stressful situation.

We had used Gerber before and was amazed by their service. We recently had a rear window broken on our SUV. Again this happened just before we were going out of down. They got the ball rolling with State Farm, and our installation was ASAP. While repairing the window it was noticed that our rear window wiper moter was also damaged. Jonas(repair man) called the office and they found the part needed to repair moter and install window the same day.Wow!! what more can you ask for, they are the BEST.
