If every business was run as smoothly, efficiently, and his customer friendly as Gerber collision, it would be an ideal world! Not only did they do an excellent job on the damage, but they went above and beyond to make sure the electrical system was functioning properly, as I had had some issues with that. I was updated on a very regular basis and I felt so comfortable with the staff there. I especially want to send kudos to Kelley F. who was an absolute delight to work with, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. I can't say enough about the quality of the work there and the exceptional business practice. Thank you!

Things went very smooth. The wait for the parts was the only bad part. It took a month before we could bring it in to be fixed. Thankfully our car was driveable .

I had a great experience here after my car accident. Rose and Grant were incredibly kind and helpful and proactively kept me updated throughout the entirety of the service. I picked up my car last week and one of the headlights was back ordered so I will have to go in next week to get it swapped out before it's 100% done, but I am happy to report so far so good!

What a great experience. My car was hit by another driver. Berber Collision worked with the other drivers insurance company. I didn't have to do anything. They worked with the rental car company. I didn't have to do anything. The work should have taken three days. It was done by the next afternoon. You couldn't tell that my car had any damage to it. I was more than pleased.

Outstanding craftsmanship after my new Civic was T-boned by a bicyclist with significant imprint crunched in doors and head on frame above door. Anthony orchestrated the work in a timely manner and was so thoughtful. The gal at the office was wonderful. I was stunned after the accident and they were so kind along with being reassuring. So glad she pointed out how to take care of paint . Thanks so much for employees that understand just how important our cars are to us. Appreciate the business Gerber is in. Called to tell my agent's office how happy I am and I'll tell everyone how well I was care for. Tried to do a google and FB review but it wouldn't go through. Anyway can tell you have excellent corp. leadership this doesn't just happen.

I had a blowout on I-75 near Gainesville, FL. The blowout damaged the fender quite badly. The guys at Gerbers on 33rd put my fender back together very quickly so I could complete the trip. I cannot thank you enough!
