I was sent from the Chevy dealership over to Gerber after I was insistent about my door not closing properly. They were ready to send me off saying there was nothing they could do. As an after thought, they said I should stop over at Gerber to see if someone could take a look as they were too busy. Almost immediately, Jeremy came out with me to my car-took one look at my door and knew exactly what the problem was and made sure that he fixed it right away as it was so unsafe. He didn't even charge me to tighten the latch on my door or for his time. Thank you for taking the time to care about my safety. You all have made a customer for life, thank you so much Jeremy!

I recently had my vehicle repaired as the result of a collision at Gerber in Longwood. This week actually, 19 July 2022. The process began with my phoning for an appointment to have an estimate completed. The initial phone interaction was outstanding. The Gerber folks assisted with every detail to include having the rental car folks pick me up at the time of repair. Their courteousness and professionalism throughout, made the entire process painless. They were obvious in their efforts to make it all easy for me by providing an unparalled level of service. They kept me advised during the time of the repair and at completion the workmanship was flawless. I could not be more pleased. In my interaction with the folks at Gerber; they made a difficult and normally unpleasant situation straightforward and uncomplicated. Finally, I used Gerber in ... Tampa, FL about seven years ago. They were the epitome of professionalism. It is obvious they have gotten only better over time and they have the highest recommendation I can give. If you're reading this review, you don't need to go further. Gerber is your best choice. Needed a second opinion to get my car looked at to fix some dash lights after an accident. Timothy was great and told me that all it needed was for the front bumper to be properly calibrated. Was very informative and the staff kept me up to date about what was going on. Imperial body master was unable to get this fixed after leaving me hanging for 2 months so I had to find a shop to do it. So don't go here. Gerber on the other hand was awesome. They are the one stop shop for all your accident and glass needs. If I ever need a shop again I'm calling Timothy. Best experience I've had in a long time.

This was the best shop I have EVER put my car into! Jonathan did a WONDERFUL job of taking care of my baby. My car is my pride and joy. I got her back clean, (she was a bit dirty going in? And it was serviced wonderfully. Jonathan was respectful, kind and understanding of my concerns! He did a FANTASTIC job taking care of the repairs. I will NEVER take my car to another shop. Jonathan thank you for the wonderful service and the care you put into my car. You took a bad situation for me (my car accident) and turned it into a wonderful experience by being polite, generous and caring! I can't thank you enough for giving me one less thing to stress about!

The rear of my car was damaged (drivable) from a rear end collision. Set an appointment to drop my car off for repair after waiting 2 months for the parts(on back order, not their fault), was told it would be done by 7/15, I was able to pick it up on 7/12! They did a fantastic job, looks good as new!!!

Five stars is not enough to compare to the service that is offered at Atlantic boulevard Gerber glass and collision. I was involved in anon March 11th this year upon reviews and recommendations I came to the facility for my repairs on my Petey that is what I call my 2018 Dodge journey. They are true blessing in many ways not only for the awesome amazing work that they do but for the customer service and compassion that they have for their customers. I can't thank Sithan and Kelly for everything that they have done for me and going beyond the call of repairing my vehicle considering I had an insurance company that really stressed me out that was very unprofessional on their end and they could see what kind of stress I was being placed under not only with the insurance company and having to do all the footwork for the insurance company but ... also I was having to pay out of pocket for a rental as well just was very stressful. But by the blessing of these two individuals and the crew that did the work on my vehicle it took a lot off of me. They kept me with frequent updates on my vehicle due to the fact also that we were having a hard time getting parts they were on backorder but they kept me informed of everything going on they even went to back for me with my insurance company that was just not doing their job properly and I greatly appreciate that from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend if you need any kind of glass collision auto body work done Atlantic boulevard is your place to go at Gerber glass and collision. Sithan and Kelly will be with you every step of the way through the whole entire process from start to finish in between they definitely keep in contact with the customers on the repairs being done on the vehicle. As I said I could give them 100 Stars I would but I'll tell you if I ever have to have any kind of work like that then ever again that's where I'm going I'm going to see Sithan and Kelly at Gerber glass and collision on Atlantic boulevard I promise you that. I just hope that's not anytime soon lol ????. But if I did I know I could trust them to do the amazing great job that they have done I could not believe my eyes when I saw my vehicle it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Truly truly amazing people my hats off to them and the crew that they have employed Atlantic boulevard I thank y'all from the bottom of my heart and y'all have really been a blessing in my life and for that I thank you thank you thank you!! Definitely appreciate everybody that has laid their hands or was involved in the repairs in any way shape or form on my vehicle I was so glad to get my Petey back. Once again thank you so much Sithan and Kelly for going beyond they call of duty of just fixing my vehicle. My wife and I came in Friday for an estimate on our front bumper cover damage. The adjuster (so sorry can't remember his name) looked at the car and asked if he could bring the car in back on there lift to get a better view. About 15ish minutes later he came back to us and asked if we'd like to see our car. Much to our surprise our car was repaired perfectly. You'd never known it was ever damaged. We were amazed. Gerber has a customer for life. The whole staff was so very friendly and honest. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
