I took my car into Gerber not knowing what to expect after my accident. The insurance company recommended Gerber Collision. Everyone I spoke to was not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable in their field. The schedule person, Jennifer, had a great speaking voice. She spoke very clearly and super friendly, in person and on the phone. My estimator was April M. and I was a little skeptical about a woman knowing enough about cars to make some decisions on my damage. Boy was I wrong, April was fantastic, she showed me damage that I didn't even see and how the body shop would have to go about repairing it. She was simply AWESOME. They also called Enterprise rent a car and got me set up with a rental car. The whole experience was classy and professional. When I looked at the car's paint on the new door and fender, it was a perfect match, ... even the pinstriping was perfect. There was absolutely no paint smell in the car and no over spray on any rubber or metal parts. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone. read more

Could not be more satisfied with Carlos and his team. Liberty Mutual changed adjustors for me and I had a hard time knowing how to navigate car repair. Carlos and team made it super easy. They were always polite and good humored. The result of their work was fantastic as well!!!!!
