Lisa G. was wonderful. Courteous and helpful throughout the entire process! The woman at the front desk was also very nice and worked with me when I picked up the car because the insurance company did not have the check there yet. They both understood and helped me with the process of getting confirmation of payment! Thank you all, my car looks awesome!

Folks there were great and freindly. I had a windsheild that safelite had replaced and they cut the power cord to the rearview mirror. They tried for months to figure out how to repair, then gave up. Folks at Gerber were able to coordinate and have it done by one of thier electrical subcontractors. Only reason for 4 stars is the electrical fellow had mentioned to me that his actual cost was lower than his estimate, socost could be adjusted down, but that never happened. In the end, all great service.

I had work done a few yrs ago there and was treated so fairly I went today for a NON insurance issue- literally asked for help on my sun roof and their General Manager -Tina K. was exceptional! She not only didn't charge me for the 40 min of work she did herself and was reluctant to accept my sizable tip until I forced her. She said she has a tremendous crew and shares tip complements w/them all. They treat you and your car as you would like to be treated. Honest. Clean very professional. Trust your car to them. They are honest as the day is long

When a tree fell on my Honda, I took it to Gerberas Collision. They did a fabulous job on my dents and repairs. They timely, professional and very friendly. My car looks new! I was able to turn my rental in right there and they took care of getting the car back to Enterprise. I highly recommend them.

The pick up/drop off was very smooth. I was well informed of what was going on with my car during the entire process. At pick up I noticed some discrepancies and they were addressed and taken care of at that time.

Gerber exceeded my expectations. Parts were hard to find, but Gerber kept me informed and updated me on the process once they arrived. The wait was worth it. My car looks as good as new. I hope I don't need Gerber soon, but if I do need a repair in the future, I'll call Gerber first.

Got our car back in time allotted and we were totally please with the repair. From start to finish, the entire crew were very professional but really down to earth friendly and it felt like dealing with family. Chris, our handler, could not have been better in keeping us informed on progress and wonderful on follow thur. The front office staff , Lead by Tanya was super in their jobs. Thanks also to the behind the scenes guys who made our car look perfect again. If you choose any other collision service on the market you are backing up and don't care about great service.
