The repair of my Jeep and the customer service was fantastic. Not only was my vehicle washes it was a real surprise that the inside was detailed. My 2017 Jeep has never been that clean all the way down to the floor mats. Workmanship, professionalism, status updates all exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Gerger - Sebastian.

This Gerber location is a Class A service facility. From Kerri at the front counter, to Jonathan the estimater, to Rick the manager. Throughout the entire process from scheduling appts to the actual repair work performed by their service technicians each and every person was professional, friendly, courteous and kind. The actual cost was spot on the estimate and they went out of the way to do a bit extra. I wish we could clone these people to serve us at other establishments.

I would first like to say that the overall impression that I got and interaction that I had more than met my expectations. The factor was there and all aspects of my interaction. The ladies at the desk or very helpful courteous and professional. Dealing with Anthony as the initial contact for appraisal and follow up through the entire process was one of the most professional people that I've dealt with in any business. I appreciate the extra time he took to correct an issue that appeared after I had picked the car up a week later that was actually a result of the accident that didn't show up until the end. He was able to resolve this issue within 2 days. I would gladly and strongly recommend this location and the individuals associated with it included the general manager and Anthony and the young ladies at the front desk.
