Excellent work on my car and excellent customer service. I was flabbergasted (in a really good way) to open my car to put my daughters car seat in to see that my car had been detailed as well. Whoever cracked through the glitter, crud and mud that a 6 year old girl managed to cultivate is an angel on earth. More than made my day - made my week! I'm new to the area and after a minor fender bender decided to go with Gerber Collision in Fogelsville. Though the fender bender was minor the trucks lug bolts chewed up the side of my Passat pretty well. The folks at Gerber Collision in Fogelsville did a really wonderful job on my car and you cannot tell it even happened. Everyone I dealt with there (Tiffany, Dave and Kate) were professional courteous and, well...friendly. When we were all done, I felt a little bad about saying good bye! A really nice group. I hope I never need collision repair again, but there is no question where I will go, if I ever do. I will definitely recommend them to friends or anyone else I know looking for collision or auto glass work.

Gerber provides first class service. The communication before during and after my repair was exceptional! I was informed of the extent of vehicle damage, repair process and estimated completion date all before repair had started. I was kept informed during the entire process with daily email updates, including quality photos, and frequent phone call updates from my collision repair representative, Ruth. She, as well as the rest of the staff, was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about getting my car back to me in perfect condition. I would highly recommend the Route 100 Gerber Collision Center to anyone who is in need of vehicle repair.

Not only did they do a fantastic job on my Toyota Camry, but their customer service is unparalleled. Gabe was simply the best. He is kind, considerate, patient, and understanding. Most importantly he was definitely on my side. Most auto body shops try to squeeze every dime from you and your insurance policy. But that was not the not the case with these guys. They do everything they can to help you fix your car and get you back on the road ASAP. Truly a Remarkable job done on my car by Gabe and his crew. His estimation process was prompt and efficient. Their work was top notch and completed even before his very reasonable original estimate of time needed to complete the work. In a really pleasant surprise, they touched up a few other small scrapes and scratches - because they were already doing all that painting on my bumper. I left with ... our auto repaired as promised and on time, in a practically brand new car that glistened. Gerber Collision is an Outstanding body shop that will go out of their way to earn not only your initial business, but your repeat business. I could go on and on about this place. My experience at Gerber Collision and Glass was exceptional from start to finish. I was received warmly, I was treated nicely during the assessment and intake. I had no difficulty with the insurance company of the party who rear ended me. I was informed of the stages of my car's repair as they happened. IN addition, I was accommodated with a late pick up time on the day my car was ready for pick up. My car's condition after the collision repair was amazing. I was very pleased with the results of the repair. I will return to Gerber if I ever need to, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

I can't say enough. 1st. Gerber made my appt. for the repairs around my schedule. 2nd. I received a phone call approx. 1.5 hours after I dropped the car off with some additional damage that was not seen until the front bumper was removed. 3rd. Gerber offered to repair a broken tail light that was not part of the accident at a reasonable cost. 4th. Gerber replaced the rear windshield wiper blade as a bonus. I picked up my car today and it looks great. Thanks

I am 110% satisfied with the work that was done. They went above and beyond what I ever thought a body shop would do. The biggest surprise was that they cleaned my explorer inside and out and it looks beautiful. The dent, and scratches were all fixed and my fog light works again!!! I would recommend Gerber Collision to everyone!!!!

Gerber Collision of Fogelsville is TOP NOTCH!!! MY wife and I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in an accident after the other driver ran a red light. After talking with Erie Insurance, I knew the only place to go for repairs was Gerber Collision since this was not the first time auto repairs had to be made to any of our vehichles. My Ford Escape looks like it came off the showroom floor! The technician did an awesome job!!! The customer service that was supplied to us by Kate and Tiffany in the front office was well appreciated. My wife and I both work in the service industry and it is refreshing to see that other people value customer service as highly as we do. Both ladies were very accomodating and my wife and I were taken care of promptly after arrival. Kate made sure that a rental car was ready and waiting for us so ... that we were not waiting on anything. I am extremely happy with the quality of the repair and the EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service I received during my recent visit to this facility. EVERYONE was so friendly and so accommodating to my needs. My incident was strictly a small bumper repair but it was done so quickly and then my truck was even washed...inside and out! Hopefully I will not ever need collision repair again but if I do, I will definitely return to this facility. Thank you.

my car was fixed in a jiffy! i have had my car repaired twice at Gerber and the work they do is amazing! this last time i had rear damage to my car and they decided to buff my entire car instead of just where the damage was! i would also like to mention that the employees at Gerber are very kind and caring. i would and will recommend Gerber collision & glass to ALL my friends and family!
