Courtney, especially, really helped us out, by giving us updates on what the car needed to have done, and allowing us to have input in any of its repairs. I could not have been happier about my complete service at Gerber. From the first time I walked in their doors for a free estimate to picking up my vehicle, I was treated with the highest customer service. Their staff was knowledgeable and wanted to keep the integrity of my vehicle as best as they could while keeping the costs low. I received updates via text message and phone calls to keep me in the loop of how the repair was going and the daily progress that was made. My repair was finished ahead of schedule and looks like new! I cannot recommend Gerber more highly for your next repair!
